麻辣火鍋宴當日，好友提著一瓶赴宴，大夥兒的眼睛都直了，「15年」的格蘭菲迪單一純麥威士忌配上麻辣火鍋…真是可惜啊～當然，可惜歸可惜，我與Tina都開心得很，畢竟這不是12年的Single Malt，而是15年的啊！
朋友不僅帶酒，連冰塊盒都一齊帶上了，因為我家沒有角型製冰器與不規則形狀的製冰盒…，行家一出手，便知有沒有，這可是要配成一整套的！還好家中有4個前陣子才從北歐櫥窗買來的不倒翁杯，勉強可以拿來當作威士忌酒杯，不然朋友應該會連著威士忌杯都提著來吧！
一口鼎王麻辣鍋，一口Single Malt…！爽度絕對有100%！
Glenfiddich 15年威士忌醞釀在三種不同的桶子內：波本橡木桶、雪莉桶、新橡木桶，所以融合了吸收木桶與歲月交織出的多層次滋味：
整體的口感柔和圓潤，完全沒有高酒精度會有的「嗆」與「烈」，在舌間時出現的是木材味，液體順著口腔緩緩流入喉時，散發出青草、花蜜的香味，我只能說，這跟以往喝過的混和威士忌口感完全不同。
吃完了麻辣鍋，酒還有半瓶，朋友沒帶走，連製冰盒、角型製冰器都一併送給了我們，人生喝酒至此，夫復何求！看來，下次得再想個名目再與好友討些酒來喝喝才是～
